Delivery Times and Express Offers
Unless a product is on one of our Express Offers, all furniture items will be made to order and initial delivery lead-times in your order confirmation email are only an estimate. Exact delivery dates will be communicated asap after we receive your order.
Please note we only deliver to mainland UK addresses through our online shop. For all other locations, please contact us for a quote.

Delivery and Installation will be included on your order. We are still able to deliver and install during the Lockdown restriction period, but we just need to make sure you are also happy for us to come into your home, where required. If we are not able to access your property, please inform us by email when we confirm your delivery date.
The install team follow COVID safe protocols with appropriate PPE and are compliant within government guidelines. Our fitters will sanitise their hands before entering the home, wear face masks at all times and social distancing rules will be respected.
If your order requires more than one fitter to attend the installation, they will be paired up in a “work bubble” to reduce the risk of Covid transmission.
Please make sure you comply with the social distancing measures during install too by:
- opening doors and windows to ensure good ventilation while our fitter is in your home
- If possible, please ask everyone in your home to stay in another room while the engineer is working OR if not possible, keep at least two meters away from them at all times
